Wine for sale

The winery's red and rosé wines are Lambrusco Mantovani D.O.C. wines, made from the vinification of Grappello and Salamino grapes grown in the municipality of Quistello. The colour has a different intensity, obtained through the contact of the must with the marc for a more or less long time.

Primary fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures, while the subsequent frothing takes place with re-fermentation in autoclaves according to the Charmat method. With this technology, we produce wines that are as full-bodied as they are light, with exceptional digestibility.
