Vinification: Undergoes re-fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat method) at a controlled temperature for an extended period; results in a particularly fine and well-integrated bubble
Color: Bright ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma: Dominant notes of blackberry and red plum with floral hints of violet
Taste: Pleasantly smooth on the palate with a slightly velvety finish; its rich extract content provides both fragrance and structure
